All orders are sent by Swiss Post. You can choose between delivery by Priority or Economy mail.

Delivery
Upon receiving of your order the goods are handmade. This may take between 7-10 days. Please note that the delivery time for international orders can take 10 - 20 days, depending on your country of residence. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. For deliveries abroad there may be customs duties and import taxes to be paid. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may because customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Returns
Please contact us within 7 days via email or contact form if one of the products / jewellery is damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will refund the amount paid after verification of the concern or exchange the product. The cost of the return shipment charged to the customer. The products must be returned in their original packaging and packaged so that damage is excluded.
