Conditions for online businesses. By submitting the online order, the user
accepts the present Terms and Conditions.

-jewels4you.
Contract
The offers by the company Juliane Walker - jewels4you Internet Shop are
non-binding. The order from a customer via the internet shop is considered a
binding offer to Juliane Walker - jewels4you. The Customer is requested to
provide truthful information when ordering.
Ordered items remain property of Juliane Walker – jewels4you until the
complete payment is received.
Prices, Payment
The invoice will state the price at the time of order.
Shipping and packaging costs are calculated separately.
The invoice can be paid by PayPal
or by payment in advance. Once we receive the payment, the item will be
handmade and dispatched. The price includes Swiss VAT, which cannot be claimed
back or reimbursed, due to the high administrative cost.
Shipping, Returns
The delivery of purchased items will be sent by Swiss Post to the address provided
by the buyer.
Once we receive the order and payment, the jewellery items will be handcrafted. Because items are handmade please allow 7-10
days before they are dispatched. We do strive to ship the ordered items as soon
as possible. Shipment and delivery of the goods is at the expense and risk of
the customer, even if partial deliveries take place. No liability is assumed
for delays in delivery.
The postage and packaging fee for each order delivered in Switzerland is a
minimum of CHF 5.00 (Economy), for shipment to EU countries minimum CHF10 (Economy)
unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to pass on Swiss Post price
changes to customers.
Guarantee
We are not liable for damages. No claims for damages can be made against
Juliane Walker - jewels4you.
Liability
Offers are not
binding. We reserve the right to change parts of or the entire product offering
without prior notice and add to or delete items temporarily or permanently.
The owner assumes no responsibility for the correctness, accuracy,
timeliness, reliability and completeness of the information.
Liability claims whether of a material or immaterial nature, as arising from
access to, use or non-use of published information by misuse of the connection
or technical faults are excluded. Liability claims by misuse of products are excluded and claims for
compensation are not valid.
All offers are not binding. The Owner reserves the right to change parts
